OF THE BOROUGH OF MOUNT ARLINGTON,
MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 35:3-1 et seq., commencing on March 1, 2026, the Mount Arlington Public Library will publish all legal notices in full on the Borough’s official internet website. The complete text of each such legal notice may be obtained or viewed by the public free-of charge on the Borough’s official internet website at https://mountarlingtonnj.org/current-legal-notices/.
In accordance with New Jersey’s Open Meeting Act, Chapter 231 of the Public Meeting
Law 1975, this notice will inform the public that the Regular Meetings of the Mount
Arlington Public Library Board of Trustees will be held on the following dates listed
beginning at 7:00 pm; Reorganization and Regular Meeting-Tuesday, January 13, 2026
(previously advertised), Tuesday, February 10, 2026, Tuesday, March 10, 2026, Tuesday, April
14, 2026, Tuesday, May 12, 2026, Tuesday, June 9, 2026, Tuesday, July 14, 2026, Tuesday,
August 11, 2026, Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Tuesday, October 13, 2026, Tuesday,
November 10, 2026, Tuesday, December 8, 2026 and Reorganization and Regular Meeting-
Tuesday, January 12, 2027.
The Mount Arlington Public Library Board of Trustees meetings are held in the Media Room
at the Mount Arlington Public Library, 333 Howard Boulevard, Mount Arlington, NJ. In the
event of a health or weather emergency, the Library Board of Trustees meetings may be
cancelled or conducted virtually, notice of which will be posted on the Library doors and the
Library website at mountarlingtonlibrary.org.
